"Jean" Clark

Ruth Emogene “Jean” Clark, age 91, passed away peacefully at home on July 27, 2021. She was born in Texola, Oklahoma on September 30, 1929 to Clarence Eugene Conaway and Lynna Emma Lucas Conaway.

Jean was a proud homemaker to her loving husband James Clark and five adoring daughters. She was introduced to James by her brother TC after returning from service in WWII. They were in a loving marriage for over 64 years. Her greatest passions were spending time with her family, painting, sewing, and cooking, especially her Thanksgiving dressing. She enjoyed bird watching especially Cardinals (her redbirds. Her special time was sitting on the porch and enjoying nature especially her flowers. She was a dedicated volunteer for the American Cancer Society, and a member of Wyldwood Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her brothers TC, Odell, Bill Conaway, son-in-law Jim Trigg Jr., granddaughter Stacy Klaus, and great granddaughter Aubrey Hola. She is survived by Jackie Roy and her husband Bill, Pat Trigg, Kalda Klaus and her husband Gregory, Lisa Jimenez and her husband Y.J., and Jeannine Muehr and her husband Damian. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Pallbearers are grandsons Brett Trigg, Scooter Roy, Trent Jimenez, Jeff Klaus, Jason Klaus, Brandon Muehr, Vincent Muehr, and Jordan Muehr.
