Inez Laake

Inez Laake passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on January 11, 2023 at the age of 99.

She was born in Paige, Texas to George and Frankie (Lewis) Huff. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Erwin Laake; sister, Loyce Randal and grandson, David Barton.

Inez is survived by her 4 children, Kelly Laake and his wife Patsy, Perry "PA" Laake, Margery Laake, Jimmy Laake; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home. The funeral home is located at 505 Old Austin Highway in Bastrop, Texas.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00pm on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with burial following at Fairview Cemetery. The church is located at 202 State Hwy 71 in Bastrop, Texas.
