Dolores Barron

Dolores Coy Barron of Bastrop Texas, went to be with her Lord Jesus on June 16, 2022 at the age of 80.

Dolores was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Rudy Barron of Bastrop, Texas. She was also preceded by her parents, Andres J. Coy and Gladys Coy of Bastrop, and her sister, Betty Arroyo, also of Bastrop.

She is survived by her siblings, Esther Coy of Bastrop, Wilma Sosa of Lubbock, Texas, and her brother Andrew Coy Jr., of Bastrop; her two children, Belynda Barron Hoefer of Bastrop and Roberto (Robbie) Coy Barron, also from Bastrop; her 7 grandchildren, Erin Ryza, Destiny Barron Stivers, Joshua Hoefer, Derek Hoefer, Heather Barron, Bethany Hoefer, and Jacob Hoefer, along with many great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff at Silver Pines Nursing Home for their care of our mother for the past 3 years. Also, the staff at St. David's South Austin Medical and the wonderful staff at Hospice.

The family will celebrate Dolores's life 10:30am on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the Bastrop Christian Outreach Center (BCOC).
