Vernon Murchison

Vernon D. Murchison passed away March 3, 2020 at the age of 87.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wives, Doris and Rosie; brother, Benny Murchison and sister, Wanda Norris.

Vernon is survived by his sister Peggy Stewart and her husband Richard Stewart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Services for Vernon will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home located at 505 Old Austin Highway in Bastrop, Texas.

Visitation will begin at 1:00pm and the Funeral will begin at 2:00pm with burial following at Upper Cedar Creek Cemetery.
