Sybil Hepburn

Sybil Hepburn passed from life October 31, 2016 at the age of 90. She was born in Luling, Texas to Faye and Reuben Williams.

She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Richter, and sister, Elizabeth Williams.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
