Marvin Bartsch

Marvin Peter Bartsch, age 76, of Red Rock was called from this life on September 16, 2017 at his home. He was born June 10, 1941 in Red Rock to Peter and Agnes Bartsch.

Marvin was a member of Knights of Columbus #12642 where he held the 4th Degree. He had also been a member of the Bastrop Fire Department and then the Five Points Fire Department at Rockne.

Marvin was preceded in death by: his parents; and siblings, Sr. Lioba O.S.B., Bessie Quinn, JoAnn Sims, Veronica Kruger, and Stanley Bartsch.

Marvin is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm Thursday evening, September 21, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockne. A Mass will be celebrated at the church at 10:30am on Friday, September 22, 2017. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Rockne.
