Martha Lee Ehardt, known by many as Marty and lovingly Known by her family as Mom and Nana, passed away on June 14,2026, at home in Paige, Texas, with her family by her side. She was born on August 6, 1942, in Manila, Arkansas, to Alma Lynn and E.C. Jeffers.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Charles “Chuck” Ehardt; her daughter Sabrina Jaurigue; her brothers, Ralph Jeffers, Johnny Jeffers, and Michael Jeffers; and her great-grandchild, Michael Garza Jr. Alyssa Garza and Isaiah Garza.

She is survived by her children, Tracy Neely, Harold Neely, Jessica Luttrell, and Kimberly Luttrell; her grandchildren, Clinton Sansom, Weston Sansom, Samara Sansom-Penman, Tom Harwell, Anthony Jaurigue, Laura Miller, Megan Seely, Michael Garza, Aaron Garza, Travis Walden and Shannon Lutrell; and several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Carol Besoyan and her husband, Don Besoyan, and Melissa Ann Moore, along with many dear friends, church family, and community members who knew and loved her.

Martha was a devoted mother and grandmother, and one of the hardest working women her family and friends knew. Her passion was being a small-town business owner through her antique store, Sweet William, later rebranded as Magpie Trading Co. Her store reflected her love for antiques, hidden treasures and giving new life to things others might have passed by.

Feisty, spirited, strong-willed, and full of love are only a few words that begin to describe her presence. She had patience for people that most spent a lifetime trying to learn, but also a fire in her that nobody with good sense wanted to test. No matter the hardships she carried or faced, she never made her family, or friends feel like a burden. She cared deeply, loved deeply, and made sure her people were taken care of.

She was a devoted Christian and faithful churchgoer who attended Word of Life, later known as Faith Impact, rarely missing a Wednesday or Sunday service. She loved to worship, sing with the church singing group, and help steer her family toward God. Her faith was lived through hard work, forgiveness, love, and showing up for others.

Martha loved her family and friends deeply, sometimes fiercely, and always in the ways she knew best, she believed in showing up, making room, forgiving, and holding family together even when life made it difficult. Those who knew and loved her can honor her best by carrying forward what she hoped for the most: to love one another and stand together.

A funeral service will be held Friday, June 19,2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Faith Impact Church off Highway 21. Burial will follow in Wimberly, Texas, where she will be laid to rest beside her daughter, Sabrina. Fellowship at 6:00 p.m. at faith Impact for all of her friends and family.
