Larry Paul Bartsch, 75, of Bastrop, Texas, passed away on July 20, 2026. He was born on January 16, 1951, in Bastrop, Texas, the son of Anton "Tom" and Viola (Meuth) Bartsch.

He is survived by his son, Brad Bartsch (Tracie); his two daughters, Kendra Bartsch (Sam) and Kara Bartsch (Mindy); and his beloved grandchildren, Mackenzie Bartsch (Zachery), Kylie Bartsch (Michael), and Grayson Bartsch, who were the lights of his life.

A Gathering of Family and Friends and Rosary will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026 at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral in Bastrop, Texas. The family and friends will gather from 5:00pm to 6:00pm and the Rosary will begin at 6:00pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at Ascension Catholic Church in Bastrop with burial following at Fairview Cemetery.
