Jerald Jones Wallace passed away at his home on April 1, 2020 at the age of 81. He was born July 29, 1938 to Vellon Lee and Lona Elizabeth Wallace.
Jerald is survived by his wife of 56 years, Rosetta Lucille Wallace; three children, Shirley Ann Breckles, William Lee Wallace, Michael Lynn Wallace; two sisters, Ann Dickinson, Jane Falcon; five grandchildren; one great-grandson; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Jerald served twenty years in the US Air Force as a "F-4" jet engine mechanic. After retirement from active duty he worked for the Texas Department of Health as a maintenance man for another 20 years. He was an inventor and a craftsman that could design and build almost any type of equipment or tool from almost any type of material. Most of all, he was a good and loving man, and so much more.
The family will Celebrate Jerald's life in private. Military Honors will be rendered and he will be laid to rest at Bangs Cemetery.
