James Thorton

James Milton Thornton, 83, of Cedar Creek, Texas passed away May 10, 2017. He was born in Magnolia, Texas on March 22, 1934, to Olive McCamey Thornton and Georgia Bell Jones Thornton. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother and an infant granddaughter.

He is survived by his wife, Valerie Thornton, of Cedar Creek, daughter Rhonda (Roni) Thornton, sons Darrell Thornton and wife, LeAnne, Scott Thornton of, sister Joyce Patterson of San Antonio, TX and brother, Kenneth Thornton and wife Rochelle, nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Burial was in Upper Cedar Creek Cemetery.
