Jack Nelson

Our beloved father, brother-in-law, brother and husband went to be with the Lord on
Sept 10,2018 at 7:30 am at the age of 61. Jack was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana on
October 12, 1956.

He is preceded in death by his father Jack Miller Nelson and wife Elizabeth Ann Nelson.

He is survived by: his loving son Jack Andrew Nelson and wife Morgan Paige Nelson and
Max Wooster; his other loving son William Cameron Nelson; his mother Helen Hebert
Nelson; his sisters Deborah Nelson and Sharon and Bill Gassiott, Melissa and Lanny
Young. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends.

Jack Randal Nelson, was a member of Mina Masonic Lodge #1456 AF&AM of Bastrop, as
well as being a huge part of the Bastrop community including the Real Estate Association,
the Rotary Club and the Children's Advocacy Center.

A Visitation will be held 6:00pm Friday, September 14,2018 at Marrs-Jones-Newby Funeral
Home, 505 Old Austin Highway, Bastrop, Texas. Funeral Services will be 10:00am Saturday,
September 15,2018 at the funeral home also. Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery,
Bastrop. A Reception will follow the burial at the Fellowship Hall of First United Methodist
Church in Bastrop.
