Edwin Taylor

Ed A. Taylor died May 7, 2018 at age 74 in South Austin St. David's
Hospital surrounded by family and friends after a fight with cancer.

Ed is survived by: wife Lisa(Veaudry) Taylor of Cedar Creek, TX; sons
Mark and wife Danille Taylor of Cedar Creek, TX , Michael and wife
Danielle Taylor of Pittsfield, MA; and grandsons, Ryan Taylor of
Manor, TX, Camden and Owen Taylor of Pittsfield, MA.

Ed was born in Worcester, MA, raised in Holden MA, and graduated
from Wachusett Regional High School. He proudly served in the
U.S. Navy aboard the USS Boston as a Gunfire Control 3rd Class
from 1962 to 1967. He returned to Rutland, MA where he raised
his family with Patricia (Hopper) Taylor. He worked as an
Electronics Technician for Sprague and Alden Electronics and
enjoyed coaching kid's soccer, woodworking and sailing his
sunfish on the weekends. In 2004 he and wife, Lisa, moved to
Cedar Creek, TX where he continued his woodworking in his
retirement.

Memorial services are being held at Marrs-Jones-Newby
Funeral Home in Bastrop, TX on May 11, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
