Edgar Frank Richter, age 68, of Cedar Creek Texas passed away on May 28th in the South Austin Medical Center in Austin Texas.
Edgar was born in Poteet Texas on 1 November 1952 to Edgar C and Mary E Richter.
He graduated from Crockett Senior High School then attended the University of Texas at Austin before starting a 38 year career with the Internal Revenue Service in Austin Texas. Edgar retired from the IRS in 2010.
Edgar is survived by his son Edgar J Richter of Cedar Creek Texas.
Siblings Mary, John, Vincent, Teresa, Joseph and Charles.
