Billy Herschap

BILLY G. HERSCHAP, passed away on December 16, 2018. He was born July 23, 1933
in Refugio, Texas to Lillian and Felix Herschap. Billy grew up in Mirando City, Texas
and later moved to Hebronville where he graduated from high school in 1951. In
1972, he moved his family to Bastrop, Texas and started his underground utility
business, Herschap Backhoe and Ditching.

Billy is survived by wife, Martha Herschap, son Stewart Herschap and wife Elizabeth,
daughter Elizabeth Kana and husband Roy, son Billy Jon Herschap, and daughter Victoria
Fielder; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Billy is also survived by his brother,
Howard Herschap.
