Anna Mae Schneider, 83, of Bastrop, Texas took the hand of the Lord and was led to her heavenly home on Friday, February 19th.
A proud military wife who taught herself award winning cake design that brought beauty to many special occasions. Anyone who had a chance to meet her knew she was a pistol. A Texas lady with a quick tongue and no filter. She spoke whatever was on her mind, shocking many and making others laugh instead. No matter where she was or what she did, there was always fun to be had. A woman full of life that really learned to live in her golden years. She loved her family with her every breath and will be loved and missed until we meet again.
Anna is survived by: three sons and two daughters-in-law of Bastrop, Texas, Paul and Tammy Schneider, James and Laurie Schneider and Ralph Schneider; one brother, Leroy Wilhelm; three sisters, Lucille Winkler, Joyce Peavy and Irene Ott; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Anna was preceded in death by: her husband, Paul E. Schneider; parents, Philip and Annie Wilhelm; son, Theodore Schneider; two brothers, Marvin Wilhelm and Charles Wilhelm; and one grandson, Kenneth Schneider.
