I went to Tech school with Ralph at Chanute AFB 1984. He was a good friend, comedian, dancer and guitar player. He lent me his Camero to take my girlfriend ( now wife) out and he attended our wedding in Altus OK 1985. He will be remembered by us as a good person and a good friend.
