Tobias “Toby” Wayne Darst, age 21, of Cedar Creek, Texas passed away on Wednesday,
February 13, 2019. He was born March 9, 1997 in Austin, Texas to Nancy McAdams and
Gordon Darst. Toby was a Team Leader in the service department at Discount Tire.
Toby was a member of Cedar Valley Baptist Church. He enjoyed paint ball and target shooting.
He is survived by: his mother, Nancy McAdams; his father, Gordon Darst; his sister, Tessa
Dalton (Ray); his grandmother, Ilene McAdams; aunts and uncles include Shirley Cearley,
Pat Holland (Kirke), Ronnie McAdams, Kathy Stenson (Larry), and Jo Shell (Turner). He is
also survived by several cousins.
Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00pm, Sunday, February 17 at Marrs-Jones-Newby Funeral Home
in Bastrop. A Celebration of Life will be 11:00am Monday, February 18, 2019 also at the funeral
home. Graveside service will be 2:00pm Monday at Walnut Creek Baptist Church Cemetery,
12062 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX.
